Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.3 Maximum Bet Limit

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

266bet provides its services on an "as is" basis and accepts no liability for the following:

• Games or betting failing due to internet connection disruptions
• Faults in third-party software or devices
• Unauthorised third-party access to an account
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or rule violations
• Unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters or government directives

You agree that if any claim, loss or legal cost arises for 266bet or its staff as a result of your actions or rule violations, you will be obligated to cover those costs.
